Information is used to organize events and leagues, process registrations, confirm payment status, communicate with participants, manage schedules and rosters, evaluate possible fields, respond to inquiries, protect the website, maintain business records, and operate Draft Day Tournaments.
What appears publicly
Travel-league interest displays only the team name and town. Captain information, field addresses, field-management contacts, and internal notes are not displayed publicly. Tournament participant visibility follows the rules shown on the applicable event page.

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, data storage, security, email delivery, and payment processing. Online payments are completed through Square. Draft Day Tournaments does not receive or store the full payment-card number through this website. Draft Day Tournaments does not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Website measurement
The site records limited first-party activity such as page views, form starts, and completed submissions. This measurement is designed not to record form answers, names, email addresses, or phone numbers. The site does not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only as reasonably needed to operate events, resolve registration questions, maintain business and payment records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and Draft Day Tournaments does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Tournament eligibility is stated on each event page. A parent or legal guardian must provide the required consent for an eligible 17-year-old participant.
